At Complement, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the garments in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your shipment.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
